The history of the Bayreuth Festival is a matchless success story, a story of conservation and modernisation.
A story of farewell and comeback. And a story of courage and inspiration.

Completely in the sense of Richard Wagner, the Festival Manager Katharina Wagner orientate their plans and conceptions far beyond the “Green Hill” (Grüner Hügel, Place of the Wagner Opera House) – but never without looking at the traditions of the house. The operas for children – these successful innovation from the past years must be continued and new challenges for the worldwide famous music theatre must be approached.

These and many more projects for the future and further development of one of the oldest and prestigious opera festivals worldwide demand a broad, active financial support.

Transparent. Unbureaucratic. Effective. TAFF.
